Once you’ve sent us your enquiry, we’ll review your needs and provide a link for you to submit your designs and order details.
DESIGN SUBMISSION
Once we receive your designs, our team will assess your project and send you a tailored quotation.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
If you don’t have a tech pack, we’re happy to help draft one.
Your tech pack will include all the technical specifications and clear instructions for the factory to ensure your garments are made just right.
SOURCING
Once you accept the price estimate, please send us fitting or sizing samples for reference.
We’ll then begin sourcing suitable fabrics and trims for your designs, and send samples for you to review and select.
CREATION OF SAMPLES
While we source your materials, our design team will finalize your details and develop tech packs for your approval.
Once you confirm the tech packs, we’ll begin creating your samples.
Since everything is custom-made, it typically takes two rounds of samples to ensure all details are perfect before bulk production.
QUALITY CHECKS & CONTROL
After bulk production is finished, our quality control team will carefully inspect all products.
Any issues found will be corrected before the items move on to packaging.
PACKING & SHIPPING
In this final stage, we’ll prepare the shipping paperwork and arrange delivery to your address.
Final payment for the remaining balance and shipping will be required before your order is shipped.
